Entry Requirement

Age: Between 16 & 22 years Education: Passed in 06 subjects at the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination including Sinhala/Tamil language (Medium of Instruction) and Mathematics in one sitting.

Course Content

  • Basic Training
  • Welding & Cutting Methods :- Gas welding, Ark welding, Mag welding, Tig welding, Resistance spot welding, Gas cutting, Plasma cutting.
  • Body Repairing & Painting :- Removing & refitting accessories and body panels
  • Aligning collide vehicle bodies and chassis.
  • Panel repairing, spot repairing.
  • Restoring corrosion protection.
  • Overhaul painting, Panel painting, Spot painting by NC and 2K paint detailing
  • In-plant training in leading body shops in Sri Lanka
