The applicant should have at least: Passed all three subjects in the G.C.E (A/L) examination, or Completion of NVQF level 4 / SLQF Level 2, or A foundation course in the field of Library and Information Services equivalent to SLQF level 2 with a minimum of 12 years of schooling, or 4 year work experience in the field of Library and Information Services with a minimum of 12 years of schooling NB: Applicants should have a credit pass or above in the G.C.E. (O/L) for the language of instruction which they want to follow the course if it is not their mother language
