The course aims to enable students to understand psychology within a theoretical and professional basis and provide a route into many a profession related to a degree in psychology, mental health, education, management, business, marketing, HR, research, for example.

As far as the skills developed as a psychology major are concerned, students hone their critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills; learn research methodology and statistical skills; develop skills to work with people and groups as well as to manage their emotions and behavior; and communication and presentation skills.

ANC graduates can also continue on to complete a top-ranked Master’s degree offered by UWL in 12 or 15 months. It can also boost one’s confidence, increase networking opportunities, and open doors in the academia.
