For entry into year 1: Diploma in Computer System Design AL Option: Minimum 2 passes at G.C.E A/L in any stream OL Option: Sat for G.C.E A/L in any stream AND passed G.C.E O/L with 5 credits including credits for Mathematics, Science or ICT and English NIBM Option: Successfully completed a Certificate programme specialized in Software Engineering at NIBM OR Diploma in Management Information Systems Two Simple passes at G.C.E A/L (local or London) in any stream OR Five Credits in G.C.E O/L (local or London) including Credit passes for Mathematics and English or ICT and English OR Successfully completed a relevant IT Certificate at NIBM OR Diploma in Software Engineering AL Option: Minimum 2 passes at G.C.E A/L in Mathematics/ Science streams & Technology stream with ICT OL Option: Sat for G.C.E A/L in Mathematics/ Science Streams & Technology Stream with ICT AND Passed G.C.E O/L including “B” passes for Mathematics & Science/ ICT and “C” pass for English NIBM Option: Successfully completed a Certificate programme specialized in Software Engineering at NIBM OR Diploma in Information and Communication Technology Two Simple passes at G.C.E A/L (local or London) in any stream OR Five Credits in G.C.E O/L (local or London) including Credit passes for Mathematics and English or ICT and English OR Successfully completed a relevant IT Certificate at NIBM For entry into year 2: Higher National Diploma in Information Systems Successfully completed the Diploma in Software Engineering/Diploma in Computer System Design/Diploma in ICT at NIBM OR Successfully completed a Diploma in Computer Science (equivalent to NVQ 5) from a recognized institute OR Any recognized Professional Qualification OR Higher National Diploma in Software Engineering (HNDSE) Successfully completed the Diploma in Software Engineering/Diploma in Computer System Design/Diploma in ITC at NIBM OR Successfully completed a Diploma in Computer Science (equivalent to NVQ 5) from a recognized institute OR Any recognized Professional Qualification For entry into year 3: BSc (Hons) Information Technology for Business Successfully completed the Diploma in Software Engineering /System Design/ICT/MIS at NIBM with Relevant Experience OR Successfully completed the Higher National Diploma in Software Engineering/Higher National Diploma in Information Systems.
