Entry Requirement

Pass GCE A/L with minimum 2 principals; OR Pass Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent qualifications from institution recognized by the Government; OR HND qualifications in relevant field. Pass Foundation of NSBM or from any University or any other equivalent qualifications from institutions recognized by the Government. Equivalent qualifications and Industry experience can be considered. English requirement (IELTS 6.0 or equivalents such as internationally recognised qualifications and / or NSBM English Language Assessment)
