Entry Requirement

In order to be eligible for the course of study in Engineering, candidates should have fulfilled the relevant minimum qualifications indicated under one of the following three categories. Category (1) (a) Sri Lankan GCE A/L: A minimum of 3 "S" passes in the approved A/L subjects including Combined Maths and Physics. OR (b) Cambridge/Edexcel A/L: A minimum of 3 "E" passes including Maths and Physics. OR (c) Sat for GCE A/L in Engineering Technology stream including Engineering Technology and Science for Technology plus successful completion of Lincoln Foundation in Science and Engineering (10 months) Category (2) Those without 3 A/L passes as indicated in category (1) (a) OR (1)(b) but sat for A/L examination in Maths stream AND successful completion of Lincoln Foundation in Science and Engineering (6 months) Category (3) GCE O/L 6 passes including Maths and successful completion of Lincoln Foundation in Science and Engineering (12 months)
