Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME)Course.the course of study conducted by the Academy of Aeronautical Engineering (AAE) of the Asian Aviation Centre (AAC) leading to the award of the Certificate of Recognition in confirmation of having successfully completed the CAASL Approved basic training course in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, covering Unpressurised Airframes and Piston Engines, for purposes of consideration for entry to the CAASL Basic License examination in these categories

The Approved Course is in modular format and is intended to provide theoretical and practical  exposure to aircraft maintenance subjects in the Mechanical category, Category B1.2 of CAASL Aviation Safety Notice (ASN) No. 083.

The course also provides options for students to undertake training in Turbine Engines Pressurized Airframes, and Helicopter as an Acceptable Course of training for purposes of consideration for entry to the CAASL Basic License examination in these categories

Entry Requirement

Minimum of 6 passes at GCE O/Levels including Mathematics, Science and English Credit or an equal qualification
